Referral rewards & monthly drawing — official rules
Straight talk: we pay you for the introduction, not for a sale. That's what keeps this clean under Florida insurance law — and it means you get paid even when your client shops around and walks.
The short version
- Up to $25 per qualified referral — a flat fee, paid whether or not the client buys anything.
- Volume sets your rate, not closings: 1+ = $10 · 10+ = $15 · 25+ = $20 · 50+ = $25. Hit a rung and the whole month bumps up retroactively.
- Every qualified referral = one drawing entry. The monthly prize is $250 cash, and every entry you earn all year also rolls into the year-end grand prize: a Las Vegas weekend getaway for two.
- No purchase necessary — for you or your client — to earn a fee or an entry.
What counts as a qualified referral
A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:
- You sent a Florida property owner or buyer through your 4quote.ai link, referral code or branded page.
- That person consented to be contacted and gave real, unique contact information.
- They actually spoke with one of our licensed agents about home or flood coverage. A conversation is the qualifying event — a bound policy is not.
Duplicates, household members already in our book, incomplete contacts, and anyone who asks not to be contacted are not eligible. We mark each referral in your portal so you can see exactly where it stands.

The fee never varies with premium, carrier, commission or whether a policy is issued. Payouts are capped at $2,500 per partner per month. We release payments monthly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or check once a W-9 is on file; totals of $600 or more in a calendar year are reported on a 1099.
Monthly & annual drawing rules
- No purchase necessary. No purchase or policy is required to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds.
- Open to real estate and mortgage professionals age 18+ who are approved 4quote.ai partners.
- One entry per qualified referral in the calendar month. Monthly entries reset each month and do not carry over to the next month's $250 cash drawing.
- Entries close at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month. The winner is drawn at random from that month's entries within five business days and notified by text and email.
- Annual grand prize: every qualified referral you earn between January 1 and December 31 is also one entry in the year-end drawing for a Las Vegas weekend getaway for two, drawn in the first two weeks of January. Winning a monthly drawing does not affect your annual entries.
- Prizes are awarded as described and have no cash alternative unless stated. Travel prizes exclude incidentals. Odds depend on the total number of entries.
- Prize values of $600 or more in a calendar year are reported on a 1099. Taxes are the winner's responsibility.
- Void where prohibited. Employees of Insurance Exchange of America and their immediate families are not eligible. Sponsor: Insurance Exchange of America, FL License #P082969.
Licensed agents
If you hold a Florida insurance license, you're compensated under your producer agreement instead of this flat-fee track. Drawing entries still apply.
Compliance note
This program pays a flat, nominal fee for an introduction. It is not a commission, a commission split, or any payment contingent on the purchase of insurance, and the amount does not vary with premium or the number of policies issued.
